Fitbit is a thorough disappointment. It is grossly inaccurate. My senses are more reliable.

  • Which tracker are you currently using?
  • Where have you noticed innacuracy (steps, calories, distance, floors)?
  • When did you start experiencing these issues?

My blaze is also often very inaccurate. There's a 3,000 step difference between my blaze and my I phone Heath tracker. This is very frustrating. I am considering returning it

Return which one? How do you know which is more accurate? Smiley Wink

Hello @Joniwood, I hope you're doing well.

If you feel your tracker is not counting your steps accurately, I would like to suggest restarting it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then performing an accuracy test.

To perform the accuracy test:

1. Put your tracker on your wrist and check how many steps you have at the moment
2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.
3. Pause, then check your tracker to see your step count.

If you notice a significant discrepancy between steps, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about what you have tried so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

Give it a try and let me know the outcome!
