Welcome to the Community @Symplesymon you can check the heart rate graph on your dashboard like on the screenshot below:
Remember that the heart rate is measured as bpm (beat per minute) so the heart rate you see on the tracker in real time is the measurement of the heart rate one minute ago. On the graph you see the records for periods of 5 mins.

- Unfortunately, the plot of heart rate lacks sufficient resolution to get the actual BPM. We need the ability to export the data so we can graph it ourselves!
