Also, my daily exercise isn't updating. Yes I have tried restarting it and tried to add them back to my dashboard on the iOS app. IMG_1363.PNG

Hello @Hailnooo, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply!

As mentioned before, it seems your tracker is not paired to your account anymore, which is why only the calories are being displayed on the Fitbit app. Did you try setting the tracker as a new device? If the tracker is not pairing to the account, please try the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging.
  5. Set up your tracker as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Please give it a try and if the tracker is still not pairing, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about everything you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. Smiley Happy

Let me know the outcome!

Is the data you are checking recorded today?  The default display is for each day and you swipe to left for previous days. It is not cumulative for week. Only 7 day goals show that total.

Wow! Your battery was only 4%!  The iPhone will shut off almost everything including Bluetooth when battery drops below 20%.

You should never let it go below 20%. It shortens your battery life. You will need an expensive repair soon.

Judging from your screenshot, it seems that your tracker is not paired to your account, which is why only the Calorie tile is shown. In order to confirm this, please tap on Account and check if there's a trakcer under your name. If not, please set up your tracker once again as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

If you are reading this, it appears you have charged your iPhone. With the battery up, follow @MarcoGFitbit advice on checking the pairing. What I said before and he did not mention is when your battery is at 4%, Bluetooth will automatically shut off and it will appear you are not connecting to your Fitbit. Your Bluetooth icon to the left of the 4% battery, is grey and not black - so it is off. The Fitbit may still be paired but is not connecting because of the power.

With the charge back up, check to see if it is paired in the setting as Marco mentioned.
