I cannot get my iPhone to recognize data from my fitness pal or Fitbit. How do I sync these apps with my iPhone

It's great to see you around @barbottawa. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. Now about MFP account, check this post where you will be able to see some steps to follow to fix this issue.
