Hi @Judaskiss, It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'd like to let you know that after the new dashboard design, the heart rate tile changes and now you can only see the restarting heart rate just as stated in your post. For more information you can check: About the Fitbit app

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hey. Thank you. Are you saying that I just have this dead tile on the dashboard? Telling me my resting heartbeat? Everyday it’s the same? If so. That’s silly!! Why do they have to change things when they were alright before. I bought my watch esp for my heart reading due to heart attack while exercising now as I need glasses to see the reading on my watch because it’s so tiny.
Not a happy bunny. But thank you for your quick reply.

I have been told by Fitbit to switch on and off heart reading in my settings? But that just says I can customized my heart rate zones. I don’t understand. Am I looking in the right place

@Judaskiss   I disagree with the information given by @RicardoFitbit.  I am looking at my live heart rate right now in my app!

This happened to my husband recently.  Try the following:

  • Force quit your app
  • Restart your tracker
  • Re-open your app

This worked for my husband and I hope it works for you.

Turning your heart rate off then on is done on your tracker settings, not the phone app settings.  What tracker do you use?

Hey thank you for your input good to know. I don’t follow what you suggest I should do. Sorry. Not technically savvy. Do you mean uninstall my app then reinstall it. My tracker is a Fitbit Charge three. Does that help.
