Help- I'm getting benchmark comparison for women on sleep stages.

Love the sleep stages feature, particularly the benchmark analysis.  However, I keep getting benchmarked against the average woman of my age.  Last time I checked I was a bloke. In fact all my profile settings are set to male. Is My Fitbit Charge 2, trying to tell me something? So as not to do any disservice to the fairer sex, how can I change this?

Hello @Don2017, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great having you on board! Smiley Happy

The reason you're currently getting the benchmark for women on sleep stages might be because a gender was not selected when you sign up for your Fitbit account. Don't worry, this can easily be corrected. Simply go to your personal settings on the online Dashboard and change the gender to Female, save by clicking on Submit. Then change the gender back to male and save again. You will now be able to see the benchmarks for men instead of women on Sleep Stages.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

I did that and the problem still remains, even after I logged out and went back in.

Not too sure what happened but everything is now back to normal.  It was nice being regarded as one of the fairer sex but am glad to be back amongst the rest of the cavemen.

This solution didn’t work for me.  After trying more than once over several days.  My benchmarking is still comparing me with Women, but my profile is male.
