I can no longer read my help guide because it switched to an obviously Asian language. Why????
I’m slso having a lot of trouble getting my Fitbit Charge 3 to connect to WW app.

I had the same problem. I rebooted the Fitbit and that fixed it.

I called the help line and got it fixed. On the help page you scroll down and there is a globe with a drop down menu. Set that to English and below that is a flag with a drop down, set that to English.
