After the last update, I lost all the historical data of my previous workouts in the app. Since the ios11 update, my Fitbit charge 2 was having issues connecting. I’ve mow updated to the most recent versions of the app and updates the tracker. Now all my historical heart rate data is gone and hasn’t recorded my heart rate since the update. It still shows up in “real time”, it’s just not being saved. All the historical data is there when I go to Fitbit.com dashboard. And, for what it’s worth, I have to pull the screen down to see who’s #1 in my circle of friends. It doesn’t stay on the screen. Overall, the last couple of updates have been super buggy.

Hello @Aggletooth, is nice to see you around, I hope you're having a great day.

Now, the issue you're mentioning about your Friend list, this is a situation affecting some users and I have already forwarded the information to our team. Once I have more information to share about this situation, I'll make sure to update the thread and let you know.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()
Best AnswerIt’s actually not updating on the online dashboard either. I assumed it was since it was the day before. I went to check last night and it says it hasn’t synced since the update.

Hello @Neilruk, @Janders9, @RichardThomas and @Grahamdking thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
Have you logged in to the app recently after updating it or after being logged out? Is it possible you have a different Fitbit account registered to a different email address? We have received reports from people who have not been able to see their past data history but they have logged in with a different email (often containing a small typo) which might be your case as well as all the information gets stored in our servers and none of the information there is deleted.
Please try to log in with another email address you might have and let me know if you're able to see the previous data you're not able to see right now.
Thanks for your patience, if there's anything else I can do for you please feel free to reply.
