My screen on my. Fitbit is just a series of lines.  Can’t check any data, let alone see what time it is.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry you're having this experience and to look into this, may I know the model of your Fitbit device? Because your post didn't mention, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit device, changing the clock face and monitoring its behavior in the next days. If the issue persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
