Hourly Activity Discrepancy (or, 324 > 250)

I've got a Surge but still conscientiously try to make the 250+ steps per hour. Today I had a lunchtime meeting, so I ducked out just beforehand and walked in just a few minutes past the hour, having made my step goal (or so I thought). Indeed, the step graph shows 1049 steps 11:45-12:00 and 324 steps 12:00 - 12:15. But the Hourly Activity graph says no -- I didn't get an activity credit for that time.

This happens periodically. What is going on? Clearly one part of the code believes I hit 250 (because it counted 324).

Hello @steverod, it's great to see you around, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

Have you checked your online Dashboard to see if the information displayed on the Hourly Activity tab is correct? If it is, it's possible the Fitbit app is not updating the information correctly. In order to make the information refresh itself, please force-close the app by double tapping on the home button of your phone and swiping the Fitbit app up. Then open it again.

If this doesn't seem to do the trick, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
