Losing workout info/steps when syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I synced my IPhone 6 with my Fitbit at the end of my day to update the time change. I had over 15,000 steps and had logged a 2 mile run earlier that day with 37 active minutes. When I synced it I lost 5,000+ steps, all my active minutes and it also changed my workout for the day (my mileage changed and my heart rate zones). This has happened before with my workouts logging correctly then changing later in the day. Please help! This is fustrating. What's happening? I have restarted the phone and re-synced and nothing had changed.

Thanks!

Hello @TheGidge, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Have you checked your online Dashboard to see if the information displayed on it is correct? If it is, it's possible the Fitbit app is not displaying the information correctly. In order to make this information refresh itself, please force-close the app by double tapping on the home button of your phone and swiping the Fitbit app up. Then open it again.

If this doesn't seem to do the trick, please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
