I've tried resetting alta phone etc

Since when have you experienced this issue? Is your tracker syncing normally during this period? As you have already restarted your Alta and your phone, I would like to verify that the information in your app is updating correctly, please go to your online Dashboard and check if the hourly steps have been recorded correctly, if the have please try the following in the app:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button of your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
