I don't know if anyone can help me but i tried syncing my tracker with the fitbit app on my iphone and didn't work so after like several tries i deleted the app and tried to install it again.
i can't even log in now at all it just keeps going around and around and when i try to put it through as a new fitbit it won't do that either.
i am not sure if anyone else is having problems or can give any advice on how to fix it?

Welcome to the boards, @elabella. Sorry about the problems you're having. Please try these steps:
- Delete the app one more time.
- Restart your Fitbit Device. Instructions are here. Be sure to scroll down and select the right device. Restart it two or three times.
- Go to a room where there are no other bluetooth devices. Reinstall the app and try to add your device again.
Please let me know if this works.

Since updated to iOS 10.3.3- my fitbit is done! Hasn't updated in over two days. Bluetooth can't find it. What a mess. Have done the rebooting, deleting app, signing in and out, etc.

Hi Carol,
thankyou for your reply but I have tried everything like reinstalling the ap now 12 times. When I go into the ap it asks to join or log in and it won't let me login it just keeps going around and around thinking but never does anything. I tried to join the Fitbit but it doesn't even come up at all. It's very frustrating as I use my Fitbit all the time. If I can't login than how can I update it. I tried to look at it on computer but it doesn't help I feel I can't use the ap.
im not sure what to do? Any other suggestions please? Have you heard of this happening before?

Having the same problems! Have tried everything. This all started after the app was updated!!!! What a mess. Have spent so much time trying to get it to work. Can not even go on the computer, just say that there is no internet connection! No app working, not on phone, ipad or Mac!! Loosing information and health points!

I am finally back on. Here's what you have to do...
Plug your fitbit into your computer.
While it is plugged in- hold button on side for 4 seconds until it restarts
Turn bluetooth off and back on
it found mine! Finally after 36 hours of not syncing. It was all there.
