Hourly activity goals

The idea of hourly activity goals is great. Unfortunately, it is also not feasible for me at work. Not in meetings all day, but having just one hour-long sit-down meeting means I "fail" at the goal, and there simply isn't a reasonable way to configure the hourly activity goal in a way that is meaningful and challenging while still possible.

I would love to see the goal measured differently -- as total number of hour-dots earned in the day. This approach would be more effective in encouraging healthier lifestyle decisions by allowing for "real life" accommodation, encouraging more challenging goals (e.g., active during 14 different hours in a day can be more feasible than even just 6 consecutive hours). This is also similar to the approach used for exercise (number of days per week).

Hi there @Llaammaa, I see your point here. It might be difficult when the job does not allow to have hourly steps. I've seen other users they walk around the office but I think this is not possible all the time. Although you can change the time to start your hourly goal though out the day as to set the end time too. You need to access your Dashboard and hover the mouse over the tile until he gear Icon in the bottom corner appear. Enter the time it will accommodate to your lifestyle.

I know it's not the solution but is a immediate workaround, although there is always our Feature Request board to share your feedback as you already did.  Our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what the users need and want.

Catch ya later and hope to see you around again.
