I am unable to sync my fitbit to the fitbit app on my ios. I have tried restartting fitbit, ios device, removed and re-installled the app.
After punching in the four digit fitbit code in the app, it stays stuck on "Connecting to device" for a bit and then I get "request failed: bad request(400). Please help!

Hi there @RunningNinja, welcome to our Community. In this case when something similar happen is to try again. Just before you go ahead I recommend to restart the tracker and then restart your mobile device. And follow the same process to set up the tracker.
Also make sure you have Internet access and the bluetooth of your device remain On. But I bet you were able to set up your tracker by now, so just let me know how it goes.
