Hourly activity tracker suddenly stopped

Hi!
My hourly activity tracker on my app suddenly stopped tracking/syncing. I had 18,000+ steps today but it says I only took 250+ steps at 7:00 and 8:00 am. I've shut my surge off and turned it back on, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing has changed. Please help!

Hey hey @lmh3, welcome to the Community! Currently there's a known issue about hourly activity graph not updating despite high number of total steps for the day. Our engineering team is working on a fix, please refer to this thread with updates from @DerrickS about this. 

 

Last but not least, a new version of the Fitbit app for iOS (2.26) has been released, make sure to update it!
