@lilytut You only need to install the Fitbit App on your phone, then log into it with your "old" account information - no need to create new account. Do you remember your log in information from when you had your old phone?

Hi @lilytut, have a warm welcome to the family! No need to worry, resetting a password is easy and you will be back on track in no time!.
To reset your password:
1. Go to www.fitbit.com/login.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your email address associated to your Fitbit account and click "Submit."
You'll receive an email in your inbox with a link. After clicking the link you'll be prompted to enter a new password, then as @Kmransom123 mentioned, log in to the app and all of your previous information will be available!.

Hello @lilytut, I hope you're doing well. At this point I'd recommend contacting our Support Team, provide them the email address (or addresses) you remember so they can locate your Fitbit account, I'm absolutely sure they will be happy to assist you get back into it.
