I'm trying to call Fitbit help and have been on the phone for over a half hour.  I have actually hung up and redialed and still don't get help.   I'm not getting the signals when I've reached my daily step goal.  I think it's listing my daily step goal at 100,000 not 10,000.  Can anyone help me?

Did you try changing your step goal back to 10,000?  I don't know how it got set to 100,000 but you can change it to anything you want.  On phone app from Today screen:

Profile pic > SETTINGS: Activity & Wellness > Daily Activity > Steps

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I can't locate the way to change the number of steps back to 10,000. I
don't get a "settings option" to work with that's why I need to be able to
talk with a "real person."

Thanks for trying to help!

Looking for a "settings option" makes it sound like you are looking on the tracker itself?  If that is the case not that I said on phone app, not on the tracker.

I would not suggest posting phone # and email here.

@confusedmlw how's it going with getting your steps back to normal? did you locate the settings option in the phone app? You click on your profile picture from the dashboard, then click on the tracker and then scroll till you find settings. there you can change all goals including your step goal. Also, in case your step goal is accurate, you may want to check to see if your tracker is on do not disturb. That prevents notifications from coming through. That is on your actual tracker.
