How do I edit my email address? I there is a misspell/error on it so I can’t receive my verification email

Hi @EveR78  if you're just setting up, then do it again with the correctly spelled email address. It's the only way since you can't edit an email address, only change it entirely.

Thanks for the detailed information shared on your post. As @Odyssey13 mentioned, please note that is not possible to edit the email address, but you can try to change it, if the Fitbit app allows you to do that, so I suggest trying the following: 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab → and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Account Settings → Change Email.
  3. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
  4. In the Confirm Password box, type your Fitbit account password.
  5. Tap Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. In the email you receive, click Verify your Email to complete the update.
