How do I claim warranty service for Charge 5?

Just curious has anyone ever had a Fitbit watch that the original tracker lasted a year?  I have been a long time user and had many different versions of their watched. They use to provide another tracker when an issue occurred but with Charge 5 only 90 guarantee. Battery issues with 5 and update to correct problem is an issue. This will be my last and I have never had one that the tracker last over a year. I have had to have many trackers replaced.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The product only has 90 day guarantee after 90 they are not responsible.

That is certainly not true if you bought it from Fitbit or an authorized retailer; but perhaps if you bought it from an unauthorized retailer and have to rely on their policy.

I beg to differ and be glad to provide you the number. I purchased from Costco and have gone to the store and also called their individuals that handle this type situation. The product has a 90 day guarantee. If you have other documentation please provide on this site for myself and others to see. Costco is a consignment store, so they are offering Fitbit product. I would love to see your Information in writing.

Also, have email from Fitbit stating 90 days.

My Charge 3 lasted about 3 years before the display finally gave out.  Bought a 5 the end of Jun of this year and am getting a replacement due to it not charging.  Seriously considering a different brand.

I just got a charge 5 back in August and this past week it will not stay charged. Yesterday at 4 it was 100% and by 10:30 it was dead. I have been attempting to contact Fitbit, but they keep disconnecting me. I’m after using Fitbit for years, I am done

I am also having a battery problem with my C5 - which started about 5 days ago.  Battery fully drains in a few hours.  I have GPS, display, etc all turned off.  Contacted customer support which seems to be a waste of time.  Purchased the C5 in July 2022.
