My Fitbit has died.i won’t be buying another.i would like to come off fitbit altogether.how do I do this?
I have deleted my app as it didn’t show me how to come off but I continue to get emails and weekly updates that I no longer want or need.
i have even had to get a new user name to be able to post this but actually unsubscribing from fitbit for ever seems to elude me.anyone able to help?

Welcome to the community forums, @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience that you've experienced. We constantly work to improve our devices, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process.
As our friend mentioned, you can delete your entire Fitbit account and the data associated with it. I understand you have uninstalled the Fitbit app, but you can either reinstall it or access your online dashboard to proceed with this. Please check the link shared by @Odyssey13 and follow the steps described there.
