Hey hey hey @cayucan welcome to our Community! Thanks for stopping by!
I'd like to know if you have tried the exact following steps to enable the call notifications on your iOS device:
1. Open the app on your mobile device.
2. Tap your tracker tile at the top of the mobile dashboard.
3. Tap on your tracker in the Devices list.
4. Tap the “Call Notifications” toggle.
5. Tap “Set Up.”
6. Tap “Pair.”
After a few moments your tracker will connect. To confirm that your tracker has connected please do the following:
1. Open your Settings app.
2. Tap “Bluetooth.”
3. Under “My Devices,” confirm that you see your tracker name next to “Connected” and a blue circle icon with an “i” inside.
Keep me posted! ![]()

Hi @cayucan, I'd recommend the following steps.
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn it back on.
3. Reboot your mobile device.
This should help but if for some reason it doesn't, I'd then recommend:
1. Open your iOS Bluetooth settings > tap on your tracker > and then tap "Forget Device".
2. Log out of the Fitbit App.
3. Reboot your mobile device.
4. Restart your tracker.
5. Open the Fitbit App and turn your notifications on by: tapping the "Account" button in the App > tap your tracker tile > tap notifications > and then toggle on your notifications.
Sorry for the long post, but this should help you get back on track!
