How do I get the old Dashboard back?

Does anyone know how I get the old dashboard back on my iOS app? I don’t have automatic updates turned on so I don’t know how this has happened? The new dashboard is not user friendly and set out very poorly

To the designers: I’m sure if you polled the community you'd find the vast majority hates new and “improved” dashboard! And we all would like to switch back! You need to give us the option! There is absolutely nothing user friendly about this new version! It’s a step in the WRONG direction! I have had my Blaze 2 years, and 2 fitbits before for a total of 8 years loyal to Fitbit, and was going to get another so my watch would be waterproof but I’m thinking of switching simply bc you made your app so incredibly Unfriendly! Before it was so easy to see at a glance everything I wanted! Now getting asked to challenge screws everything up! I have to constantly edit my dashboard and move it to the bottom, and even then I can’t easily see everything like I used to on my dashboard I have to scroll to see it all. So insanely frustrating! Please allow us to switch back!!!!

Everyone, your input is a waste of time based on Fitbit's change in Business Model and Google acquisition.  Black Friday is coming up and the competition for tracking is very good these days.  Make your voice heard now (since the traditional way doesn't work with customer feedback) but different tracker.  Company's listen mostly based on their market share and change of revenue.  This is the only way under the current Fitbit team will be able to understand anything, just send a message that way.   You can always keep the Fitbit you have and rejoin later if they change their business model but we are all in store for nothing but frustration until this change and powerless to do anything but accept this bad, new level of customer service.

Sadly, there are so many lessons here for Fitbit to listen to if this was their focus but I am afraid for them it will be post-mortem!

That is my plan. Will be three different ones if I can find a good deal.

I just stopped using all the functions of my Versa so that the basics fit on the screen of the the new dashboard. I just use sleep and exercise now. And, with the new sleep score, I’ve been using my phone to track sleep. I’m just waiting for Black Friday to get a different tracker. So disappointing.

The trouble is, how do you see the dashboard of the new tracker? It could be
worse.

Fitbit has stated quite clearly in an email to me, that they updated the old
dashboard and cannot get it back. I asked them to rewrite it - nup.

A new tracker seems the way to go. But. Is there a tracker Company out there, that can show us their dashboard. You don't want to trade bad for worse...

I agree with your disappointment. But Fitbit told me via email, because I kept on keeping on with them, that the dashboard had been updated and there was no way to get it back.

I asked them to rewrite the original, but I got the same answer, except that they understood how I was angry and the person who wrote the email said, she would be if it was her.

I don't know what to take from that, except someone in Fitbit understands our frustration, but the old dashboard is never coming back - it is impossible apparently, so give up. I have given up.

I think I’ll switch to the Apple Watch. My daughter and wife all have the Fitbit but they will lose at least three customers.

I am sure they did not update due to what we said we wanted. They sold out to google. I am going to switch to Apple Watch as soon as I can. As will all my family.

What a crock of rubbish!!! I woke up at 3:30 am not could not sleep so
checked my dashboard for fun! Apparently I had a great nights sleep waking
at 7:30! Please explain how my sleep is tracked and results displayed
before the actual time lapse! I now question every result!

I got an error on mine that stated Clock face not supported. The same one I’d been using for a year. Lost all my notifications abilities and could not sync. Took me all afternoon to get it back without the watch face I was so familiar with. No longer have the Dashboard or face.
Are they trying to run off business? As soon as I get ahead with some extra cash I am replacing mine, my wife’s and daughters with Apple watches.

I had a time of 10am on my alta the other day when it was 4pm but has now
reverted to correct time.

I reckon at this rate, they will go out of business.

So many problems.

I am supposed to have not exercised on certain days according to Fitbit.

Today, when I worked my hardest, it does not come up for exercise stats.

My calorie burn was important to me, and it doesn't show. Yet, it does show
my steps and time on the main dashboard. How do I know anything the Fitbit
computer reads is accurate? I don't.

Very frustrating!!! Sync just stops and you get a 'refreashing' and nothing
updates! After having s sleep cycle register as complete 4 hours before the
time how accurate is any data???

@MccG

Mike - I’m guessing you’re replying to posts by email, because every time you reply, it includes your full name and phone number, which looks like it’s coming from a mobile device signature.

I would reply via web post, and I would recommend going back and editing or deleting your old posts.

Thanks. Didn’t know that. Not tech savvy. Tried to open feed but it’s grayed out.

The sleep tracker seems way off. I also wear an Apple Watch and have a sleep app that shows much different results for deep sleep vs Fitbit's app which says I rarely get deep sleep and am awake half the night (not true fortunately!)

It seems the new solution to all issues is your mobile device is not on the suitable list of devices that will work with a Fitbit watch. Strange that this is only now an issue. Do the solution is buy a new mobile that's on the list and happy days??? Maybe a new fitness tracker with less issues!!!

I relied on my FitBit so much, it was the one thing that really helped me keep my weight where I want it, but the new app is HORRIBLE, so much so I've slowly been opting out of even using my FitBit. Please give us the option to switch back!

Anyone else making the switch to another device and want to share where they're going?

Cannot afford ban Apple device and Fitbit claim that my Alcatel mobile is
not a compatible device hence the issue I have with my data sync. The
Dashboard is lousy and I may just go for a cheaper make that provides all
that I require.
