Does anyone know how I get the old dashboard back on my iOS app? I don’t have automatic updates turned on so I don’t know how this has happened? The new dashboard is not user friendly and set out very poorly

I do not appreciate the changes to my Dashboard...why do the Techies think their own compulsion the alter the tried and true is good for everyone else?  Please do your best, Fitbit Staff, to return to the beloved olde format. The main reason I have not switched to Apple Watch for exercise tracking, is because of the intuitive old Fitbit Dashboard.  Now that is gone!

I still had the old dashboard until this week and then it suddenly disappeared.  I see it can't be re-stored...very disappointing.  There is an old saying; if it isn't broke; why fix it?

Same thing happened to me. 🙁

I just don’t understand why they would put out an inferior product.

The old dashboard disappeared on me about a week ago. I’ve been going crazy trying to find out how to revert back to the old dashboard to no avail. So disappointed to find out it’s not possible to revert back and even more disappointed to find out that FitBit seemingly doesn’t care. So gross.

Hi Y’all  ... It appears the new dashboard, “Today” tab, screen or what ever.. people choose to call it, is here to stay, so I’ve created a (rather verbose... sorry), post in both the iOS App and Features Suggestions community boards, that outlines some fix’s I think would help users not liking this new layout ...  certainly if nothing else reduce the amount of editing and scrolling required by this ... new dashboard.    Please check it out, make comments and VOTE so it get the attention of the developers ...   Thanks

Here’s the link to the iOS App board: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/IOS-App-Today-screen-Content-and-Format/m-p/3819589?search-a...

and for the Feature Suggestion board:  https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/iOS-App-quot-Today-quot-screen/idi-p/3785400

Why can’t you set up ability to chose app screen tiles???

new dashboard is going to lose customers to Garmin and others!

I hate the new iOS app. Let users pick, “classic”, or “new”. Take a poll, users will guide!

I totally agree with you, I just HATE this new version, it’s not at all user friendly,

I too loved it when everything flashed up green. If I’d have known that it was going to change, I wouldn’t have bought a replacement Fitbit and would have got something else 😡😡😡😡😡

Me too, I want the old one. When my Fitbit breaks, I’m going to something else, I absolutely HATE it.

Why don’t you listen to users. Was any focus group research done? If so it was flawed. Or done by a competitor mole!

look at the market share Nokia phones had years ago.............

you don’t have a captive market.
Suunto, Garmin, all happy that you really F’***d up here.
Give option to change back....or ruin your product and company....

Well put! There are so many messages on here expressing how dissatisfied people are about the new display, but unfortunately one of the earlier posters said that Fitbit actually doesn’t pay any attention to a post unless it receives something like 500 votes. If they just added up all of the posts and votes on all of them concerning the same topic, it may reach 500. But individually I haven’t seen one with more than 8 to 10 votes. I’ve been trying to go in and vote for all of them.  Of course none of this reflects the silent majority who can’t be bothered with messaging their displeasure.  Still, the overall number of people posting how unhappy they are should mean something, except Fitbit likely just uses an algorithm to track votes and won’t even read any of our many, many posts that have less than their threshold number of votes. 🙁

I tried to vote for all I could and Fitbit stopped me at 10.

There’s a surprise, a limit of 10 votes... obviously don’t want to know the truth. I do know that in my, admitted, small group of Fitbit friends, no one even remotely likes it, none of the words that they use are positive, all VERY negative

it makes me so angry that they’re forcing something on us that no one seems to want. After all, don’t they say ‘Customer is king’???   We should all just, forgive the pun, WALK!!!
