Does anyone know how I get the old dashboard back on my iOS app? I don’t have automatic updates turned on so I don’t know how this has happened? The new dashboard is not user friendly and set out very poorly

Hello
if you could at least make it OPTIONAL so everyone can use (Old or New) Dashboards as they enjoy it best 🙂 I am (like every single person I know who has a Fitbit) very unhappy with the new design, it is soooo boring and I do not even really enjoy checking my goals on the app anymore, and the colors soooo dull... 😞 I really hope it goes back to the old one or at least have the option to do so... or make some crazy "50s style" or something... the more options the happier the costumers 🙂

I agree with sunset runner! The new app is horrible! I was successfully losing weight using mine before. Now it takes forever to sync and my calories are all the way at the bottom so it’s just not good for a person on the go.

Where do I post that I hate the new dashboard? Where is the + activity? My Fitbit was on the charger this morning and now I can’t add in my run. I am really tired of Fitbit changing things. One of the commentators said that changes were made based on feedback. Who has the feedback? I have never been asked about anything they have done yet

I was never asked and never provided input. I am still thinking about switching to Apple.

What type of feedback drive this I’ll conceived change? If you review the numerous post about how bad the new Dashboard is you may want to consider that as feedback and reconsider.

What a pain - the new dashboard the THE WOrSt!! when you say based on customer comments - who’s Comments??
When your market share has fallen grossly and your tech is about to be purchased by a large Company maybe changing it up its the smartest of things. We - the people still using your device when most have switched to 🍎- are the loyal folks to you and bow more then are pissed off at the new board that no longer tracks my sleep nor my strides and is harder to see all the info I track - more clicks is No Good!! Now I understand why FitBit market is a flop, THE GUYS IN CHARGE JUST CLEARLY DONT GET IT!!! Goodbye !

I think I know why they changed the dashboard. They are combining with Google and peddling our info.

Then...keep working on bringing the option of switching to the old dashboard back that includes heart rate and sleep, as many of us rely on it. When you switch something at least give people an option whether they want to switch or keep what IS WORKING for them. Now, many functions do not work because of this switch. How is this making things better?

I posted for the first time and criticised the dashboard and then, when I exited the community, the dashboard that I am familiar with was back. Sorry for any confusion.

@kkaadd Did you get the original, tiled, dashboard back? From months ago?

No, it seems that’s not going to happen 🙁

Me too! They make changes that they never explain and I am tired of never being able to talk to a "real" person. There has to be another option out there.

@kkaadd Don’t be fooled. Fitbit changed the dashboard months before the deal with Google came about. Look back in this thread and you will find that Fitbit has not been the least bit sympathetic towards their customers on this issue.
