I would like to remove Menstrual Health tracking from my Fitbit home page.

The ability to remove Menstrual health tracking already exists.
On the today page in the app on your phone, tap the pencil icon at the top right, this allows you to customize the today screen.
Scroll down and toggle Menstrual health to off.
