I would like to remove Menstrual Health tracking from my Fitbit home page.

The ability to remove Menstrual health tracking already exists.
On the today page in the app on your phone, tap the pencil icon at the top right, this allows you to customize the today screen.
Scroll down and toggle Menstrual health to off.

@SPNgirl I wanted to let you know that I've moved your post to the iOS App board as this is more a question and not an idea for our products. Regarding your question, you can remove the Menstrual Health Tracking tile from the Today screen. To do so, please follow the steps provided by our friend above.
