Hi @Dashboardislame

If you bought directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days (click to read) from date of purchase to return it. Purchased from another retailer, you'll have to go by their return policy. When did you purchase it?

Mine was a gift 2 years 8 months ago.

Will you refund it given that you’ve opted to make your app unfit for purpose?

Lol stupid question, given the lack of mod sympathy / positivity that we will get our excellent dashboard back, I expect nothing from you.

Oh and stop referring to TILES in all the infinity about the new “experience” - the tiles have actually gone replaced by big fat white rows that show far less detail.

Hi @nujol

Might be a good time to know a Fitbit employee when you see them posting on the board - click to know

You're out of warranty and I can't imagine any company would give you a refund at this point.

Moderators on the forums are quite good at their jobs, but they also have guidelines to follow.

For me, the new dashboard is fine. Have you taken the time to really look it over? I found all the features are still there, just slightly different. "Tiles" is just a way to say what they are, since they aren't windows or a new screen. I'm sorry you don't like the new dashboard.
