I just got a Fitbit versa two. How do you get text and phone call notifications on your Fitbit versa two? Mine is not working

Hi @Terri1217. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing that you got the Versa 2 and let me help you to set up the notifications. Before anything else, please make sure of these settings on your iPhone:

  • Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked for phone, messages, calendar and other apps within the Notifications settings.
  • Add a check mark for Notifications Center under Alerts.
  • Do Not Disturb is turned off.

Once that is done, set up the notifications in the Fitbit app:

  1. On your Versa 2 clock screen, swipe down and turn off the Do Not Disturb (circle with line icon) and Sleep Mode (moon icon) settings.
  2. Open the Fitbit app on your iPhone.
  3. Tap on your profile picture > Versa 2 image > Notifications.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your watch to your phone.
  5. Choose the types of notifications you want to receive. Tap App Notifications and choose the apps you want notifications from.
