How do I update a Fitbit device firmware update?

How do I update firmware on the app and watch ? I want to change clock faces and it won’t let me, I have tried everything.

@ambee29    I looked at your profile and see that you are a new user with a new device.  Fitbit rolls out firmware updates progressively.  For example, I just got the update for iOS 14.1 for my phone.  My husband hasn't.  Be patient and it should show up in another day or two.  You can't force it.
