How to Stop Notifications for comments/posts

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

If I comment one time on a post, then a notification comes every single time another person comments thereafter. Has any one been able to disable notifications for every random person that comments on a post? I am about to go back and delete my comments. I also get these notifications to my FitBit, which I don’t have those even set up so idk how that is happening.

When reading one of the threads where you want to stop notifications, click on the "gear" at the top right and select "unsubscribe"

@BeksFletcher -

In the actual message thread on the boards, not in the email you received, if that is what you are thinking.

One of the board posts you have participated in with the gear icon to the right:

Click on it and about the fifth entry should be "Unsubscribe"

Hi @BeksFletcher - If you are looking at the replies from emails on your iPhone, then follow these instructions to stops the notifications:

  • Open the email. You will see the Fitbit logo, your name, the name of the person who posted, then the name of the thread, which is underlined. Tap that underlined thread name to open the thread on your iPhone’s browser.
  • From here, scroll to the top. Depending on how many postings there are, you may have to scroll quite a few times. You will eventually get to the top where you will see the gear that @SteveH and @MrMarv are referring to. Tap it. One of the options is Unsubscribe.

Hope this helps.
