Unable to set up Fitbit One

My Fitbit One was not syncing with the app.  I turned my iPhone off and on.  I turned Bluetooth off and on.  I deleted the device from the app.  Now when I try to add it back it says it can’t find the One even though it is sitting on the phone.

Thanks for letting me know about your One and the steps tried prior posting. I'm sorry that the Fitbit app isn't able to find it and I'll help you with this. Just to confirm, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version? If that's correct, I'd recommend restarting your Fitbit One, plug it back into the charging cable and try the set up process one more time. If the issue persists, please provide me with your phone's model and iOS version so I can investigate on my end.

I was finally able to get the app to recognize my Fitbit One.
