How to add a tile to the dashboard?

I removed some of the modules from the main screen of the app. I'm unable to figure out how to restore/add them back. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Assuming you are talking about phone app, tap 'Discover' at bottom left, then 'Health & Fitness Stats'.  It will show all possible tiles and you can add any back.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
