How to add calories from 21 day fix containers?

Hello guys

Did anyone figure out how to log 21 day fix calories per container? I didn't find it online even my fitnesspal measurements aren't accurate.

P.S. I own Fitbit Alta

@Hebah7b7b Thanks for joining the Fitbit Community! I moved your post to the iOS Board as you will find more answers to your inquiry here.

Currently, there is no option to log 21 day fix calories containers as a whole. However, you can add quick calories or create a custom food on the Fitbit app. To create a custom food:

  • Tap the "cals in, cals left" tile.
  • Tap the "+" sign on the top right corner.
  • Tap "Custom".
  • Tap "Add Custom Food".

To add quick calories:

  • Tap the "cals in, cals left" tile.
  • Tap the "123" on the top right corner.
  • Add the number of calories needed.

You can also vote for this idea I found on the Feature Suggestions Board which is asking to add the 21 day fix.

Hope this helps. Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

21 day fix program has an existing app. Are there any plans to link Fitbit to this app? Similar to myfitness pal etc?

I am starting the fix program and looking to sync with Fitbit so I can see calories vs activity. I don't want to track in two separate places or track calories as the container portions already track those and that is the motivation for many of us to use this program.

@Liveintune Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! That is a good idea. I was making some research on the Feature Suggestions Board and was able to find this suggestion which is asking for the same.

Feel free to vote for the idea and also leave a comment there showing your support towards it. This is the best way to get it the attention it needs!

Hope this helps. See you around! Smiley Happy
