Recharged my Fitbit after being dead several months. Now having trouble setting time and date

Fitbit trackers take date and time from phone or other sync device each time they sync. Other than time zone issues if off by exact number of hours, that is the only way to set time and date. Once you get it to sync, it should correct itself.
