REMOVE your device in FItBit app for IOS 13.2

My blaze would not work after updating my iPhone 7 Plus. Tried everything in the forum, Contacted FItBit who of course has been working on it forever and was just about ready to go purchase an Apple Watch. Tonight giving it one last try I removed the device totally from the Fitbit app and then re-added it as if it was brand new. FINALLY it synced Blaze to a phone. Good luck !
