How to change Sleep tracking to the old design?

You used to be able to see tracking of sleep patterns and the duration between bars in the app. Now it is gone which makes the app useless. Will this be fixed?

Hello @sivaafi, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

Recently we introduced Sleep Stages in the Fitbit app, if you're using a Blaze, Charge 2 or Alta HR, the changes are being made to improve the way your tracker measures your sleep quality. I understand this might not be ideal for some people and I appreciate your feedback. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I would like to encourage you to submit your insight as a suggested idea, where our members can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in the future.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

So what you are saying is that my $250 top of the line fitness and sleep tracker can not produce the same stats as the $150 tracker? I'm sorry, this functionality existed previously. You can't tell me this is limited to just the 3 trackers you listed. Removing previously existing functionality and then stating that I have to buy a new tracker is a bit unethical, isn't it?

Hi there @sivaafi,m I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

Which tracker are you currently using? Please keep in mind that Sleep States is a fairly new feature and that is still being released for people with a Charge 2.

If you have a Surge and you'd like to see Sleep Stages implemented on it, please check @CjB929's suggested idea. Feel free to add your vote and comment to it, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
