How do I get rid of the Covid and menstrual information.  I haven't had mine in years and really don't miss it.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to support our Fitbit community. The COVID-19 tab in the Fitbit app provides a menu of resources to help you stay healthy during the global crisis while sheltering in place. You can check this blog post and this help article for more information. As this time, the COVID-19 tab can't be removed. 

Regarding the Menstrual Health tile, follow the steps below:

  1. On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  2. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.
