Does anyone know why when I set the location setting to “only when using” the Fitbit app relentlessly pops up a message (as below) and asks me to set it “to always” . It’s driving me crazy !!! I just want gps to work when I have the app open , not all the time....

Hi there @Tobes1977, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue before reaching out and for the image attached. I understand how annoying this can be.
Currently it's required to have the location services set to "Always" on your iOS device whenever you're going to use MobileRun or Connected GPS. You can try doing the following on your phone:
If you're not going to use MobileRun or Connected GPS, you can leave the location services off or while using the app as that will not affect the way your Fitbit syncs and communicates with the Fitbit app. To share additional feedback or if you want the features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support, and our team can take it into consideration. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works and do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea, or something similar.
Let me know if you have any questions present.

Ok, I have this had this pop up notification as well for the last few weeks. I do NOT use MobileRun nor Connected GPS. I have Location Services set to Never. But this annoying pop up persists every single time I look at the app. How do I turn it off?
