Could someone please tell me how to call Fitbit? I cannot figure out how to charge my Fitbit and the instructions online do not match the model I have. I think it's a Flex but it doesn't have a "pebble" as described online. Maybe it's an earlier model. Thank you.

Also, if you go to this page, you will be able to get the manual for all devices Help, except for the Force, which was recalled, and the original Charge.  I'm not sure why that is gone.
