I get a lot of notifications on my iPhone. Are notifications stored on my iPhone? There does not seem to be a way to delete or clear the notifications. If they are stored on my iPhone, they are using memory. If so, how do I delete them/

Do you mean the notifications shown when you swipe down from the top of your screen? You can delete those by clicking the x at the top right.

No. When I open the Fitbit app on my iPhone, at the bottom of the screen I
have "Dashboard", "Challenges" etc.
"Notifications" on bottom right shows all notifications I have received
during the day commenting on my progress toward daily and weekly goals.
They go all the way back to Feb. 27 of this year. There is no "x" or any
other means showing to delete them.
