How to send a picture from iPod touch in messages

How can I send a picture of the dashboard from today from my iPod touch in the messages in Fitbit because my steps are higher on my dashboard which I just synced about a couple of minutes ago but the steps in the challenge i am in is much lower?

@Dayleylim  Sounds like you want to take a screen shot.  Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button simultaneously.  The image will be in your Photos.  You can upload it in your post.
