I keep reading online about mobile track and how to set it up but I do not see this option on my fit bit app at all.

@Juliegentile From your dashboard, tap on account >> Set Up a Device >> Mobile Track should be at the bottom of your screen. If not, will you please post a screen shot of what you see?

@Juliegentile Thank you for your update. As a result of your reply, I did a little searching through the help articles -- now I can easily help another user with the same question.
With iOS, you need at least an iPhone 5s to use Mobile Track.
You can access all the the supported features at this site Supported Devices

Hello @Shubham_Fit and a warm welcome. This is an older thread. The iPhone 5s is still on the compatible list.
What model iPhone are you using?
When you go through the steps to Set Up a Device, do you get this screen?

Hey!
Thanks for replying.
I am Honor 8 Pro Android handset. I believe it is compatible, as Honor 8 is in the devise list and Honor 8 pro is just the advanced version.
I do get this screen but without Mobile track option.
