I’ve just purchased two new straps and the screen on my fit bit has cracked.

i would have gone for another Fitbit but purely based on these adverts, I’m going over to garmin.

is there a way to be notified if Fitbit stops spamming their customers?

Hello @SirBigDave, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Currently the Fitbit app does not contains ads, however I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the ads you're able to see in the app so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I clicked on the sales app and then went back to my dashboard and it disappeared.

Here’s a screenshot of my app. Been like this all morning. The link takes me to Fitbit.com. This needs to be fixed!  81B25772-43C1-4A4D-A53C-830EC0B66772.jpeg

Hello @Wolfrain, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's nice to see new faces around. It's great to see you too @akervin and @akervin

I have a quick update for this situation, once you tap on the banner you will be redirected to a browser page, close it and go back to the app, the banner will disappear and will no longer show in the app. If you need further information or if you want to add more information about this situation, please check this thread

Thanks for your patience, hope you have a great day!

I followed those instructions and the ad disappeared but is back again this morning.

Is there a setting where we can opt out of advertising as I find it too intrusive and it spoils my experience of using the app?
