IOS 6s not syncing to charge 2

I’ve not been unable to sync my charge 2 from App since IOS Latest update a few weeks ago. The date and time on charge 2 is 2 weeks behind but app states correct date/time. I’m lost and frustrated!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
