I have a Charge3. I was just gifted a Versa and would like to try it out. In order to retain all the data on my app, all I have to do is sync my Charge 3, then pair the Versa and sync that prior to removing the Charge 3?
Thanks,

That's correct apart from the very last bit. If you go to add the Versa in the app it will tell you that you can't have both a Charge 3 and a Versa connected and it will ask if you want to replace the Charge 3.
All your data, badges, settings etc are held on the servers so it's safe.

Hello @writergal28, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's great to see you too @SteveH, thanks for all your help. ![]()
@writergal28, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your question with us. Please note that as it's not currently possible to have 2 devices with Fitbit OS at the same time, you will need to sync your Charge 3 before removing it from your account before setting up the Versa. As @SteveH mentioned, the data gets stored in our servers, which means that when you set up your Versa, you will still have access to it.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
