How to synch to i-phone 4s

Hi - wife & I both have charge HR fitbit, she has hers synched to her i-phone 6s

but we can’t seem to get my fit bit to synch to my i-phone 4s

I think it might be our apple account as we only have 1 apple account between us

 

If not can someone please let me know how to synch my charge HR to my i-phone 4s

It's great to see you around @NZNick. Are you both using the same email address to setup your trackers? If you are, I recommend using different ones. Once you have your own email, feel free to follow the setup procedure from your iOS device.
