How to transfer steps from Apple Watch to Fitbit?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi

I have an apple watch and I am trying to sync the steps to the fitbit app. It is not working! I just downloaded sync solver, I am not sure how to use it. All I need is to count steps.

Please help.

Thanks

Hi @Noorkahlout. The Apple Watch is not one of the supported devices for the Fitbit app. You can download Mobile Track to your phone then that will work with the Fitbit app. Tap here for more info. But I don’t know of a direct way to transfer Apple Watch steps to fitbit.

Hello @Noorkahlout, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Noorkahlout, thanks for your participation in the Forums. Please note that it's not possible to link your Apple Watch with the Fitbit app or the Apple Health app to Fitbit. Even though this feature is not currently planned, we continue to evaluate new partners and will update you if we have news to share. Fitbit has a history of working with the community to bring potential features to reality, and we thank you for taking the time to share your ideas and suggestions.

For the time being, our team has left this suggestion open for votes so they can track the demand of this feature. In the meantime, please check the link provided by @SunsetRunner to setup MobileTrack on your phone, which uses the sensors on your iPhone to track basic data such as steps.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
