How to verify account?

Hi.

I dont know how to verify subscription.

When I register new, it says it is not verified yet.

But I dont know how to verify new subscription fitbit app.

Please help me.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that when you first create your account, when it comes to verify it, Fitbit will send a verification email to the email address used to create your account. 

If you're not able to see the email in your inbox, please check all your tabs and folders, specially the junk or spam folder. 

Give this a try and let us know the outcome.

Tried 40 or more times to get a verification email. Never received one. And yes, I’ve checked all my mailboxes. When I asked about this before I was told to just keep trying and HOPE that the situation would resolve itself!
