Agreed - it doesn't make any sense for an upgrade to remove a feature people widely liked (without an option to show the old stats back).
Unless, they are moving that widely loved stat to "Fitbit Premium", which would be a total d!ck move.
That is NOT an acceptable solution.
I want to see numerically average hours of sleep
And Read the comments
Best AnswerHi. I don’t have my average sleep hours back. Can u help me please.
Which fitbit do you have?
i Have charge 2
Which update version is it?
thank you
Best AnswerIt shows the graph, but each week still shows the sleep score rather than the average sleep, which appears to be a nonsense value for me - it excludes nights where you didn’t sleep much (e.g the night I spent on a flight) and I don’t have an spo2 compatible watch.
They’ve basically hidden the piece of information I got my Fitbit for.
Best AnswerFYI - You can still see the weekly average hours of sleep for each week within the app. From the home page, click on sleep. You should now be on the sleep page and see the annoying sleep score graph at the top. Swipe the graph left and you come to the Hours Slept graph. Tap it. You should now see a graph for average hours of sleep this week and the tally of your average at the top. Now, swipe right and you will see last week’s average hours of sleep. Swipe right again to see the week before that, and so on.
So yes, it’s still there inside the app. And yes, I’m still annoyed that you have to dig this far down into the app to see this data, whereas the sleep score data is far more accessible and far less useful. Grrr!
Best AnswerIt's not the average. It's total sleep time for the week-gotta do the math. At least I can do that & have an average. 🙂
Best AnswerPick the 3 months, tap on "this week", and you will get the total for the week. Divide by how many days are included in the week-this week is at 7. 😃
Best AnswerThis screen shows you a chart listing the hours you sleep each night. It does NOT provide and average number of hours you sleep in a week or overall. Even when you swipe and see the hour chart, it still notes your average sleep score which is completely useless to me. This is not the correct answer.
A few people are unable to see their hours slept since Sleep Score was added. It is there just not on the screen it was (for Charge 3)
To see your average hours slept click on the Sleep line on the dashboard. Swipe to the second graph “Hours slept”.
Click the two arrows at the top right to show the graph in full screen. The first screen shows you the hours slept for the current week. You can swipe back through your hours slept history or see a month, 3 month or a year summary.
I need the weekly sleep hours average.
Best AnswerI REALLY Hate this sleep score. I have fibromyalgia and use this as a tool to track my sleep. I think they should give you an option to see actual sleep times and average. The sleep score is useless. This HAS NOT been resolved!!!!
I really don't care about a sleep score, I want to know how many hours I slept... and to take away a feature that was one of the reasons why I bought the tracker to begin with, really sucks, especially when there's no choice of what you prefer to view. I don't want to have to figure out how many hours I slept during the night, I want it displayed. Why don't they just show both?
